Maya Danzig is a New York-based actor and comedian known for bold, high-energy character comedy. In New York City, she’s a familiar face at The Magnet Theater, The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, and The PIT, and has performed at comedy festivals across the country.

Her feature film debut earned the Breakthrough Performance Award at the Sarasota Film Festival, and her comedy videos have attracted millions of views online, with rave reviews like “seek help,” “I feel like she’s not actually a lesbian,” “never skip a crying Maya video,” and, sometimes, “haha.”

Recent credits include Just For Laughs’ Characters Welcome, Austin Sketchfest, The Tank’s PrideFest, Park Slope Panto’s Cinderella, and Oxford's Symposium on Ancient Drama. She is a graduate of The Second City Conservatory and the British American Drama Academy.
